The Philadelphia Flyers have loaned forward Tye McGinn to their AHL affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms today.
McGinn was originally recalled by the club two weeks ago, joining the team in Detroit on Oct. 12. He has appeared in the last four games with the Flyers, posting three goals, seven shots and four penalty minutes.
He posted his first-ever two-goal game, in a 3-2 loss vs. Vancouver on Oct. 15, while also averaging 14:31 of ice-time during his stint, which also included 1:51 average time on the power play.
The Flyers travel to Long Island today as they prepare to take on the Islanders in a 7 p.m. start time at Nassau Coliseum on Saturday night.
