Willits Named VP of Sales; Stutman Named Senior Director of Customer Service
The Philadelphia Flyers have announced that they have promoted Jim Willits to Vice President of Sales and Cindy Stutman to Senior Director of Customer Service.
“We are thrilled to announce the promotions of Jim Willits and Cindy Stutman,” said Flyers Vice President of Marketing and Communications Shawn Tilger. “They both have worked extremely hard and bring an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to their new positions.”
Willits has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for the Philadelphia Flyers and Phantoms. Willits, 36, will be responsible for revenue generation through the marketing and sales of individual, season and group tickets to all Flyers and Phantoms games. Willits previously worked as Senior Director of Sales for the Flyers and Phantoms. Willits brings 12 years of professional sports experience in marketing, sales and client services. Prior to joining the Flyers, he was the Director of Ticket Sales for the Phoenix Coyotes from 1998-2002 and the Cleveland Indians from 2002-2004 before joining Comcast-Spectacor. Willits received a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Business from Northwest Missouri State University in 1994. Willits resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ and is married to his wife Meredyth; they have two children, Cody and Skylar.
Stutman has been promoted to Senior Director of Customer Service. She previously worked as Director of Customer Service for the Philadelphia Flyers. In her new role, Stutman will be responsible for the creation and execution of season ticket holder added value benefits and programs, overseeing activities and development of the Customer Service Department and implementing Comcast-Spectacor’s Customer Service program across lines of business. Stutman received a B.S. in Marketing and Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1998. She is single and resides in Philadelphia, PA.
