FAN VOTE: Best Goal vs. Best Hit

by Staff Writer / Philadelphia Flyers

POLLS ARE OPEN: The Play of the Year Tournament Semifinals open up with this 'Best Goal' vs. 'Best Hit' battle. Click on the banner above to view the whole bracket.

In this matchup, Claude Giroux's no-look backhander takes on Zac Rinaldo's crushing hit on Kyle Clifford to determine which play moves on to the Finals.

HIGHLIGHT #1: Giroux puts up the game-winning goal with this no-look backhand stunner. The Flyers capped off a five-goal third period and third straight unanswered goal to hand the Blue Jackets a 5-4 loss at the Wells Fargo Center on Dec. 19.

In his second game back from injury, Rinaldo lays a hit on 6'2'', 210-lb Kings' forward Kyle Clifford, with just over two minutes into the opening period. The Flyers would go on to take the game, 2-0, and earn their fourth victory out of five games in the last nine years in LA (4-0-1).

Watch each highlight and submit your vote below. The polls close at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, but fans can vote an unlimited amount of times during the week.
