What is a Santa Sack?
Santa Sacks contain Flyers tickets, a Gritty tree topper, an autographed puck, Wings tickets, and a Flyers gift bag. Our “Ultra Pack” also contains an autographed mini stick.
How much do they cost?
Cost varies depending which package and game you select.
How many Santa Sacks can I purchase?
There is no limit on the amount of Santa Sacks you can purchase. However, Santa Sacks are sold ONLY in quantities of 2 or 4.
How are Santa Sacks delivered?
There are no printed tickets. The ticket portion of Santa Sacks will be delivered via mobile, while additional items will be shipped out to the address provided.
How do I access my tickets?
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email from Fevo. From there, you will want to log in to am.ticketmaster.com/spectacor/ with the email address you used to purchase. Please see below for a link to the mobile ticketing guide.
When will the Santa Sacks be delivered?
Santa Sacks will be delivered 5-7 days after the order is placed. Orders must be placed by December 15 to guarantee delivery by Christmas. The first shipment will go out on November 20.
What autographs are included in my Santa Sack?
Autograph pucks will be assigned randomly. If you purchase the Ultra Lower Level Package, you will choose between Owen Tippett, Travis Konecny, and Sean Couturier for your autographed mini stick.
How are the complimentary Wings tickets chosen/delivered?
A few days after purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to redeem your Wings tickets directly. You are able to choose which game you would like to attend.
Can the Wings tickets be used across multiple games this season?
No, the Wings tickets can be used for one game of your choosing.
Is the Santa Sack box pre-wrapped?
No, they are not pre-wrapped.

Can I exchange my tickets to another game after purchase?
All purchases are final. There are no refunds/exchanges.
Can I buy a Santa Sack directly from the box office?
Santa Sacks can be purchased directly at the Box Office while supplies last on the following dates:
November 18, 19, 24, 28, 30 and December 4, 14, 16, 21
Can I transfer tickets to someone else?
Yes, you are able to transfer tickets to others.
