We’ll be sharing details about upcoming sessions in the new year. This program is meant for Girls ages 5-12 who will receive head-to-toe equipment to borrow for the session, an hour-long on-ice clinic hosted by skilled player and coach volunteers and some awesome giveaways to leave with. There will be a chance for appearances from special guests! Our goal with Girls Try Hockey for Free is to introduce young girls to the world of hockey and draw their interest to the game.

We are hoping that girls who sign up for Girl Try Hockey for Free love it so much, that they want to sign up for our Flyers Girls Only Learn to Play Rookie Program, which would be their next step in learning the game of hockey. The Flyers Learn to Play Rookie Program participants will receive 6 weeks of instruction, a set free head to toe equipment, and visits from Flyers Alumni.
