- The Calgary Flames went 3-2-0 against the Los Angeles Kings last season. TJ Brodie, Mike Cammalleri, and Sean Monahan scored the game-winners for Calgary in that trio of victories.

- Calgary beat the Kings in both games played at the Staples Center in the 2013-14 season.

- The Flames scored four power play goals against the Kings last year and held Los Angeles to just one power play marker.

- Amongst current Flames, Mark Giordano and Jiri Hudler led Calgary in scoring against the Kings with three points each.

- Karri Ramo posted a 3-0-0 record, a 1.95 GAA, and .937 save percentage in three games against the Kings in 2013-14.

- Since the Flames moved to Calgary, their all-time record against the Kings is 100-67-15-4 and they have a 42-40-7-3 record in Los Angeles.

- Kris Russell leads the NHL with 104 blocked shots. The Flames lead the League with 641.

- Johnny Gaudreau is second in rookie scoring with 24 points on the year. He trails only Filip Forsberg, who has 31 points in 31 games with the Nashville Predators.

- Mark Giordano and TJ Brodie are tied for third in the NHL with 19 points on the road this season. Both have five goals and 14 assists in opposition barns.

- Gaudreau has not taken a penalty in 34 games this year. He is the least penalized player on the Flames roster.
