Flames reassign Paul Byron to Abbotsford
by Staff Writer / Calgary FlamesCALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that they have reassigned forward Paul Byron to the Abbotsford Heat. Additionally, the Flames announced that forward Curtis Glencross has been placed on the IR with an MCL injury (minimum 6 weeks).
Byron, a native of Ottawa, Ontario has played 18 games with the Flames this season recording 2 goals and 1 assist. In another 18 games with the Heat, he has 4 goals and 3 assists along with 26 penalty minutes.
