Flames host Danone SuperSkills competition on Feb. 4

Calgary, AB – The Calgary Flames will host the Danone SuperSkills Competition, a fan-oriented, skills competition featuring Calgary Flames players on Sunday, February 4 at 11:00 a.m

Fans are invited to witness NHL action through an exciting demonstration of hockey skills.

Puck control relay – Observe players demonstrating stick-handling versatility
Fastest Skater – Feel the exceptional speed of NHL players on their skates

Breakaway Relay – Witness the most exciting second in all of sports in team fashion

Over the past couple of months, minor hockey kids from all across the province have been testing their hockey skills in various areas. Minor hockey players from each zone will participate in their own skills challenge the morning of February 4, 2007. The top minor hockey players will have the opportunity to compete against the Flames in the SuperSkills Competition beginning at 11:00 a.m.
