About Last Night: Johnny Hat Trick

by Paul Mawdsley / Calgary Flames

Gaudreau had himself a game last night.

He scored the Flames first goal on the power play. The shot was deflected off of the stick of Tobias Enstrom. The goal just so happened to be Gaudreau’s 100th career NHL point!

Congrats Johnny!

Then late in the third, TJ Brodie sprung Johnny on a breakaway where the kid buried it for beautiful goal!

For good measure, Gaudreau added an empty netter to ice the game.

Johnny Hat Trick! That’s his second hat trick in less than a month.

The C of Red was going bananas! And rightfully so.

The game wouldn’t have been complete without some heroics from their goaltender ... and TJ Brodie.

That win marks 10 in a row at Scotiabank Saddledome for the Flames.

Home sweet ‘Dome!
