Youth Hockey Spotlight Games

The Minnesota Wild Youth Hockey Spotlight Games, presented by US Bank, are a unique community initiative that travels across the state of Minnesota to give youth hockey players a once-in-a-lifetime NHL experience.

Unbeknownst to the youth hockey players, the Wild arrange a full in-game experience reminiscent of the show put on at Xcel Energy Center for the NHL squad. Among the festivities are special appearances from Minnesota Wild public address announcer, Adam Abrams; Bally Sports North rinkside reporter, Kevin Gorg; Minnesota Wild mascot, Nordy; national anthem singer, John deCausmeaker, and others. The Wild also provide celebrity coaches for both teams.

During these games, you'll find many in-game elements that you would at any Wild home game, including the famous "Let's Play Hockey" call, Hockey Mom of the Game, Guardian of the Game and more!
