Staal Family Foundation Suite
Carolina Hurricanes alternate captain Jordan Staal and his wife, Heather, created the Staal Family Foundation suite to give children battling cancer and their families the opportunity to experience a hockey game in a 12-person, all-inclusive luxury suite. Jordan personally purchases the suite for each Hurricanes home game, and each child receives a Staal Family Foundation t-shirt.
Who Qualifies
To be eligible for the Staal Family Foundation, a family must:
- Know a child who is currently battling cancer or has battled cancer
- Ensure that the complimentary tickets are used by the child and his or her family and friends
- Be able to provide their own transportation to and from PNC Arena
All-Inclusive Suite
The 12-person, all-inclusive suite includes the following:
- 12 suite tickets to the game
- Three (3) VIP parking passes
- Light food and beverage
- Private bathroom
If your organization or family wishes to be in the Staal Family Foundation suite for a night, please send your request to [email protected]. In your request, please include a description pinpointing how you adhere to the qualification standards. Generally, we only allow a child and his or her family to be in the Staal Family Foundation suite once during the season.
