To make any account changes with your NHL.TV™ account, simply log in to "My Account" on subscribe.nhl.com.

To update your payment info, please click here.

NHL.TV™ purchases can be made with credit cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

You may easily cancel your NHL.TV™ subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day.

There are no cancellation fees and you will not be charged any subscription fees after your cancellation date. There are no refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions. Any subscription related charges made to your account prior to cancellation are non-refundable, unless you cancel within 5 days of your initial purchase or the applicable annual automatic renewal date during a subsequent NHL season.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, you can log in and do so from "My Account" on subscribe.nhl.com. In your account settings, click on the cancel button, and follow the instructions. If you cancel within 5 days of your initial purchase, a refund request will automatically be submitted.

If such cancellation occurs outside of the prescribed time periods for a refund set forth above, then your cancellation will be effective as follows: Yearly subscription: Cancellation of each yearly term after (and not including) the term of the year during which you cancel. Each yearly term concludes on approximately October 1 of each subsequent year. Monthly subscription: Cancellation of every 30-day period after (and not including) the 30-day period during which you cancel.

NHL.TV Refund Policy

NHL.TV™ will honor a refund request made within 5 days of your first subscription purchase date within an NHL season. There is a limit of one refund per person on a given subscription purchase (e.g. NHL.TV™) within any given NHL season.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, you may log in to "My Account" on subcribe.nhl.com. In your account settings, click on the cancel button, and follow the instructions. If you are within 5 days of your initial purchase, a refund request will automatically be submitted.

Automatic Renewal Information

For subscriptions billed on a monthly basis, your subscription will automatically renew monthly during the current NHL season through and including the final month of the season (for US users this includes the regular season only, and for international users this includes the Stanley Cup Playoffs as well), and seasonally prior to the start of the next NHL season at that season's regular full monthly price, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next billing period. During each season, you will be billed each month on the same date as your first charge for that season (unless canceled).

The primary credit or debit card you have stored in the Payment Profile section of your NHL.TV account will be charged on or about the same date each month of your subscription during any NHL season and each subsequent year as set forth above. If we are unable to process these charges to your primary credit or debit card, an alternative card stored in the Payment Profile section of your NHL.TV account may be charged.

If you wish to cancel a monthly subscription, you have two options: (i) you may cancel your monthly subscription in its entirety (including the annual automatic renewal of your subscription in subsequent years) or (ii) you may cancel your monthly subscription for the current NHL season only but continue to automatically renew (i.e., restart) your monthly subscription in the next NHL season.

To elect either of these options and cancel a subscription, you may log in to your NHL.TV account, access the My Account section and follow the applicable instructions, or send an email to nhltvsupport@nhl.com. In no event will NHL provide partial or pro-rated refunds. Please see the Cancellation Policy Section below for details regarding refunds and instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

For subscriptions billed on a seasonal basis, your subscription will automatically renew prior to the start of the NHL season at the then-current season's regular price, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the beginning of the next season's billing date, which will be on or around the first day of the season and communicated to you in advance. The primary credit or debit card you have stored in the Payment Profile section of your NHL.TV account will be charged each subsequent season as set forth above. If we are unable to process these charges to your primary credit or debit card, an alternative card stored in the Payment Profile section of your NHL.TV account may be charged.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your NHL.TV account, access the My Account section and follow the applicable instructions, or send an email to nhltvsupport@nhl.com. In no event will NHL provide partial or prorated refunds. Please see the Cancellation Policy Section below for details regarding refunds and instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

At any time during the season you may remove yourself from automatic renewal. If you choose to opt out during the season, your subscription will expire at the end of the season in which you subscribed. You will be notified of the upcoming renewal charge by email prior to the subsequent season. You must affirmatively cancel your subscription by the date specified in the email to avoid the impending charge. If you do not, the card on file will be charged and you become subject to the cancellation policy applicable to paid subscribers.

Subscription Upgrades

At any point during the regular season, you may upgrade your Single Team Package subscription to the All-Access Package. You will be charged the difference in the package price at the time of purchase.

Currency Exchange

NHL.TV™ purchases are transacted in U.S. Dollars. Banks and payment card issuers may convert currency to local currency in accordance with that bank or issuer's policies and practices regarding exchange rates and may charge foreign transaction and/or currency exchange fees. Any questions regarding currency conversion, exchange rates or any other associated fees that may apply should be directed to your bank or payment card issuer.
