All guests are strongly encouraged to arrive and enter Falcon Stadium early to alleviate the congested traffic and anticipated security screening lines at all gates, which includes walk through metal detectors as per NHL Security Protocol. 

Truly Hard Seltzer NHL® PreGame

Hockey fans are invited to join the National Hockey League (NHL) and its corporate partners at the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL® PreGame, the official NHL fan festival of the 2020 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™. This FREE hockey festival will be open on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 1:00PM - 5:30PM MT in Falcon Alley. The Truly Hard Seltzer NHL® PreGame will offer fans of all ages, family-friendly hockey interactive games and attractions, live music, special appearances and other dynamic activities. NHL® Fan Code of Conduct

The NHL® and its Member Clubs are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment and enjoyable entertainment experience. NHL® fans have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue, team, and NHL® League personnel, as well as by other fans. The players and officials have the same rights. Accordingly, fans are responsible for their own conduct. The following standards have been established with respect to fan conduct:

  • Fans are entitled to enjoy a hockey experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions.
  • Fans may not interfere with the event and/or players and officials in any manner.
  • Fans shall refrain from using abusive, discriminatory or hateful language or obscene gestures.
  • Fans may not engage in fighting, throwing objects, or other behaviors deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests and those who engage in any of these activities will immediately be ejected from the game.
  • Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to venue staff.
  • Fans who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Intervention with an intoxicated or impaired fan will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Fans shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures.
  • Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on venue property.

Violation of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct may result in eviction from the venue without a ticket refund. The NHL and its Member Clubs thank you for adhering to the provisions of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct.

 

Accessibility

Reserved seating areas for guests utilizing a wheelchair, scooter, or for those with mobility limitations are located throughout the stadium.

 

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol policies are listed below:

  • All fan purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID.
  • No alcohol will be sold to fans who appear intoxicated.
  • No alcohol will be sold to anyone in uniform.
  • There will be a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per transaction.
  • Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.
  • Fans who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age may be ejected for possessing alcohol.
  • Fans passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any fan.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought beyond the security screening. Any attempt to bring outside alcoholic beverages into the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL® PreGame or Falcon Stadium will be considered a violation of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the fan being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked.
  • All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period.

 

ATMs

ATMs are available inside Gates 3 & 4.

 

Bag Policy For 2020 Stadium Series:

  • All large bags including backpacks of any type are prohibited (No larger than 12" x 12" x 12")
  • Items pertaining to medical conditions or child care are permitted.
  • Single compartment drawstring bags and fashion purses that fit completely under the seat without blocking the aisle are permitted. 
  • No containers (thermos, cans, plastic bottles, etc.) coolers or hard sided bags of any type.
  • All carried items and entrants are subject to search.  

 

Banners & Signs

No unapproved Banners/Signs permitted (approval at discretion of venue) (No signs larger than 18" x 24").

 

Child Seat Policy

Guests three years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of three years may sit in a ticketed guest's lap.

 

Concessions

Food and beverage sales will be available during the game throughout the stadium. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period.

 

Emergency / Evacuation Instructions

"If you see something, say something!"

In the event of an emergency, evacuation instructions will be announced over the loudspeaker. Follow the directions of Security Forces and Event Staff Personnel.

 

First Aid

First Aid is located inside Gate 4.

  • Truly Hard Seltzer NHL PreGame: 1:00PM MT  
  • Falcon Stadium Entry Gates: 4:00PM MT

Officially licensed merchandise is available at retail locations and novelty shops located inside Falcon Stadium on the Main Concourse. Visit any one of these locations for the widest selection of 2020 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™ jerseys, apparel, hats and souvenirs.

Limited parking will be available for cash purchase on game day.

Prohibited Items

  • Illegal substances: Note - Marijuana is an illegal substance on Federal Government property
  • Weapons or dangerous objects of any type
  • No outside food or beverage
  • Glass containers, bottles/cans, aerosol sprays, hard sided (or Nalgene) plastic bottles
  • Sunscreen: Sunscreen is permissible in 6-ounce tubes or less. (No bottles or aerosol sprays)
  • No hand bags larger than (12" x 12" x 12"). No hard-sided containers, or coolers
    • No backpacks to include bota bags, wine-skins, and camelbacks
    • Note: Infant diaper bags/carrier packs permitted if infant is present
  • Laser pointers, fireworks, or any item deemed unsafe by security personnel
  • Any unapproved Banners/Signs (No signs larger than 18" x 24")
  • PETS: (Other than ADA Compliant Service Animals)
  • No sticks, bats, poles, umbrellas, footballs, frisbees, balls or inflatable balls
  • Artificial noisemakers of any kind
  • Baby seats, Large Strollers-----(Collapsible umbrella strollers are permitted)
  • Any item that cannot be readily inspected
  • No flash photography
  • No Smoking or Tobacco of any kind---(Includes electronic cigarettes)
  • No seatbacks wider than 19 inches (no excessive pockets or protruding arm rests)
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the NHL or Falcon Stadium personnel in their sole discretion

NOTE: There is no available storage of prohibited items. Please take back to your vehicle.

 

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry into the 2020 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™ is not permitted once your ticket has been scanned.

 

Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout the stadium.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Falcon Stadium.
