NHL PreGame

Truly Hard Seltzer NHL PreGame™

Hockey fans are invited to join the National Hockey League® (NHL®) and its corporate partners at the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL PreGame™, the official NHL tailgate party of the 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™. This FREE hockey festival will be open on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 1:00PM - 6:00PM local time in Nissan Stadium's Parking Lot R. The NHL PreGame™ will offer fans of all ages, family friendly hockey interactive games and attractions, live music, special appearances and other dynamic activities. NHL® Fan Code of Conduct

The NHL® and its Member Clubs are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment and enjoyable entertainment experience. NHL® fans have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all Nissan Stadium, team, and NHL® personnel, as well as by other fans. The same right extends to all NHL® players and officials. Accordingly, fans are responsible for their own conduct. The following standards have been established with respect to fan conduct:

  • Fans are entitled to enjoy a hockey experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions.
  • Fans may not interfere with the event and/or athletes in any manner.
  • Fans shall refrain from using abusive, discriminatory or hateful language or obscene gestures.
  • Fans may not engage in fighting, throwing objects, or other behaviors deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests, and those who engage in any of these activities will immediately be ejected from Nissan Stadium.
  • Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to Event Staff.
  • Fans who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Intervention by Event Staff with an intoxicated or impaired fan will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Fans shall comply with requests from Event Staff regarding Nissan Stadium operational and emergency procedures.
  • Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on Nissan Stadium property.

Violation of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct may result in eviction from Nissan Stadium without a ticket refund. The NHL and its Member Clubs thank you for adhering to the provisions of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct.

 

Health & Safety - We are back and here's how we're keeping you safe and what you need to know before entering:

  • Clorox Hand Sanitizing Stations - Available throughout Nissan Stadium for accessibility and ease of use.
  • Cleaning Measures - We have adopted the use of Clorox disinfecting products as part of our cleaning protocols throughout Nissan Stadium.
  • Use of face coverings strongly encouraged for everyone.

 

Accessibility

Reserved seating areas for patrons utilizing a wheelchair, scooter, or for those with mobility limitations are located throughout Nissan Stadium.

 

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol policies are listed below:

  • All fans purchasing alcohol must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid ID.
  • No alcohol will be sold to fans who appear intoxicated.
  • There will be a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per transaction.
  • Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.
  • Fans who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age may be ejected for possessing alcohol.
  • Fans passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any fan.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought beyond the security screening. Any attempt to bring outside alcoholic beverages into Nissan Stadium and/or the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL PreGame™ will be considered a violation of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the fan being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked.
  • All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period.

 

Bag Policy

We strongly encourage guests NOT to bring any type of bag to Nissan Stadium to expedite entry at the gates. If you need to bring personal items to the game, please familiarize yourself with Nissan Stadium's clear bag policy.

Clear bags must be 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon ziploc bags, etc. Guests will not be allowed to empty and collapse a non-approved bag into a clear bag.

Non-transparent bags, wallets and cases must not exceed 4.5" X 6.5" even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag. Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5" x 6.5" or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates.

 

Banners & Signs

Signs no larger than standard poster board (28" x 22") are allowed in Nissan Stadium; however, they may not be affixed to any part of Nissan Stadium (railing, wall, etc.). Be sure the sign does not block the view of other patrons. Banners deemed objectionable, as determined by NHL and/or Nissan Stadium, in their sole and absolute discretion, will be removed and confiscated. Banners or flags on sticks or poles are strictly prohibited.

 

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle parking is located across the street from gates 1, 2, 6, and 8.

 

Blankets

For cold and inclement weather, make sure you're prepared. Blankets, jackets and coats are permissible; however, do not place them in your clear bag for inspection. Either wear or carry these items as you approach the gate. Also, hats/beanies will need to be removed for screening.

 

Camera and Video Equipment

Still cameras are permitted in Nissan Stadium; however, a camera cannot be carried into Nissan Stadium in its own bag. Professional sized zoom lenses are not permitted. Please note, cases cannot be larger than 4.5" x 6.5" per Nissan Stadium's Clear Bag Policy.

 

Cashless

Nissan Stadium accepts credit card and mobile payment only, including all vendors, concession stands, bars, parking and retail locations. We offer cash conversion inside Nissan Stadium at the box office windows in sections 108, 309, and 338. Guests can convert their cash into $20 gift cards that can be used throughout Nissan Stadium.

 

Child Seat Policy

All children who have not reached their second birthday do not need a ticket for the game, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children two years and older require a ticket to enter.

 

Child Care Products

THE FOLLOWING CHILD CARE PRODUCTS ARE PERMITTED:

  • Clear diaper bags only
  • Clear plastic bottles/sippy cups containing liquid for the child (children under two)
  • Baby food, snacks, and formula in plastic containers for children under two (no glass)
  • Wipes (Place in clear Ziploc bag to expedite inspection and gate entry | Original packaging is permissible; however, it will need to be opened for a detailed inspection.)
  • Baby carrier/harness

 

Concessions

Food and beverage sales will be available during the game throughout Nissan Stadium. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period.

 

Container Policy

For the safety of all our guests, containers cannot be carried into Nissan Stadium. This includes coolers, glass bottles and cans. If you have a medical need, exceptions may be made upon entry into Nissan Stadium with the assistance of Nissan Stadium personnel. Please note, empty clear plastic water bottles are permissible.

 

Elevators

Suite & Club Access:

There are two banks of elevators in Nissan Stadium at the East and West Suite/Club entrances. They are located behind sections 108 & 139. Please note that the East & West Club, Suite & 300 Level do not connect. Use of these elevators is limited to Suite/Club seat holders and their guests and to patrons with disabilities and their accompanying guests. (Please note, guests with disabilities that do not have a Suite or Club seat ticket for Nissan Stadium events, should us the 300 Level Access express elevators.

300-Level Access:

There are two banks of high-speed elevators - each with six (6) cars - to service upper-level ticket holders. The banks of the elevators are located behind sections 119/120 & 127/128 and go expressly from the concourse level directly to the upper deck in 15 seconds.

 

Emergency

"If you see something, say something!"

All Nissan Stadium staff have been trained for proper procedures should an emergency evacuation be necessary. Appropriate emergency information will be displayed on the scoreboard and/or announced over the public address system. In the event Nissan Stadium elevators become inoperable, the ramps will serve as exit points (ushers and other security personnel will aid should anyone need it).

 

Face Coverings

Face coverings are not required at Nissan Stadium, though are strongly encouraged for everyone.

 

First Aid

First-aid stations can be found at each of the following locations:

  • Main Level - Section 105 in the NE corner, 142 in the NW corner
  • Press Level - North of the elevator foyer near the freight elevator
  • Club Level - North of the elevator foyer near the freight elevator
  • Upper Level - Sections 305 & 342

Saint Thomas Hospital medical staff and paramedic units are on duty during the game for those requiring medical assistance.

 

 

Gate Information

Public Gates including Security Screening & Ticketed Gates will open at 4:30PM. Patrons should enter through the gate displayed on their ticket.

Before entering, all guests are required to go through a metal detector and have their bag checked. Please note, only Club and Suite Level tickets will be permitted entry through the East and West Stadium Club entrances.

Medical equipment and supplies (including liquid containers and coolers) will be thoroughly screened by security personnel at the entrance. When feasible, medical equipment and supplies should also be placed in a clear bag to expedite inspection.

 

Lost and Found

During an event, report lost and found items to Fan Services Window located behind Section 123. You may leave a recorded message on the Lost and Found Hotline, (615) 565-4217.

 

Lost Guests

Safety is our top priority at all Nissan Stadium events. Parents who are unable to locate their child should visit Fan Service Window at section 123 or the closest Nissan Stadium staff member for assistance.

 

Merchandise

Officially licensed merchandise is available at retail locations located in Nissan Stadium. Visit any one of these locations for the widest selection of 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™ jerseys, apparel, hats and souvenirs.

 

Mobile Entry

Please access and download your ticket to your iPhone Wallet or Google Pay before heading to the game.

Please have your mobile ticket pulled up on your phone as you approach the ticket turnstile. If you need assistance with your mobile tickets on event day, please visit the ticket windows by Gate 1. Proper photo identification is required to assist with any ticket resolution.

 

Nursing Mothers

There are currently two Mother's Lounges and one Mamava Suite available to nursing mothers. All Lounges are equipped with a changing table, an outlet, and a chair for nursing. Please note, any First Aid Station in Nissan Stadium will also accommodate a nursing mother.

  • East Upper Level behind Section 310
  • West Upper Level behind Section 337
  • Mamava Suite located on the concourse behind Section 119

 

Parking

Should parking still be available on game day, it can be purchased on-site with card payments only.

All guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic around the stadium. Public parking lots will open at 1:00 PM.

 

Public Transportation

Please note that the InShuttle and Titans Express will not be available for this event.

 

Prohibited Items

For the general safety of all guests the following items are not allowed into Nissan Stadium:

  • Any non-transparent bag larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
  • Coolers or containers, including glass bottles, cans (aerosol and non-aerosol), thermos, hard plastic tumbler
  • Metal flasks, metal cigar/cigarette cases
  • Seat cushions that have zippers or metal
  • Umbrellas
  • Strollers or baby seats
  • Camera lenses over 6", video camera/recording devices, tripods
  • Poles, selfie sticks, sticks of any kind
  • Drones, unmanned aircraft
  • Horns, whistles or other noisemakers
  • Weapons of any kind (including pocket-knives)
  • Outside food/beverages
  • Illegal drugs or substances, and alcoholic beverage
  • Animals, except service animals assisting guests with disabilities
  • Footballs, inflatable balls, balloons
  • Any headwear or apparel with hazardous attachments including, but not limited to, spikes and blades
  • Lights (flashlights, LED lights, any battery-operated lights)
  • Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption)

For the protection of our fans, prohibited items cannot be stored by Nissan Stadium personnel. All unattended items including, but not limited to, backpacks, bicycles, strollers and umbrellas will be disposed.

 

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry into 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™ is not permitted once your ticket has been scanned at the entrance of Nissan Stadium.

 

Ride Share Information

Rideshare drop-off and pickup locations are at South 2nd St. and Crutcher Street, and at the intersection of Woodland and North 1st St.

 

Security

Patrons in need of assistance should notify the nearest Nissan Stadium staff member. Security is active throughout Nissan Stadium for all events to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. To report any issues, text your location and information to 615.205.3699.

 

Smoking

Nissan Stadium is a Smoke-Free and Vape-Free Facility. This includes cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes and any other similar product. There are NO designated smoking areas inside Nissan Stadium and re-entry is prohibited.

Storage Lockers

For your convenience, lockers for prohibited items and bags not allowed into Nissan Stadium are available for rent at the below locations:

  • Outside of Gate 3 & Gate 10

Price on rental is $10.

 

Ticket Office Location

The main NHL Ticket Office will be located at Gate 1 and opens at 3:30PM local.
