The PreGame:

Hockey fans are invited to join the National Hockey League® (NHL®) and its corporate partners at The PreGame, the official NHL tailgate party of the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™. This FREE, non-ticketed, hockey festival will be open on Saturday, October 26, 2019 (1:00PM - 7:30PM Local) and Sunday, October 27, 2019 (10:00AM - 1:30PM Local) located at Confederation Park. The PreGame will offer fans of all ages family friendly hockey interactive games and attractions, live music, special appearances and other dynamic activities. NHL® Fan Code of Conduct: 

The National Hockey League and its Member Clubs are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment and enjoyable entertainment experience. NHL® fans have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all Venue, Team, and League personnel, as well as by other fans. The players and officials have the same rights. Accordingly, fans are responsible for their own conduct. The following standards have been established with respect to fan conduct:

  • Fans are entitled to enjoy a hockey experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions.
  • Fans may not interfere with the event and/or athletes in any manner. 
  • Fans shall refrain from using abusive, discriminatory or hateful language or obscene gestures.
  • Fans may not engage in fighting, throwing objects, or other behaviors deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests and those who engage in any of these activities will immediately be ejected from the game.
  • Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to venue staff.
  • Fans who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Intervention with an intoxicated or impaired fan will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. 
  • Fans shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures.
  • Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on venue property.
  • Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct may result in eviction from the venue without a ticket refund. 

The NHL and its Member Clubs thank you for adhering to the provisions of the NHL® Fan Code of Conduct.

 

ADA/Accessibility: 

Mosaic Stadium has accessible seating spaces available on all levels of the stadium-located on the main concourse, upper deck and in hospitality areas. Accessible washrooms, concession counters and water fountains are located, for your convenience, throughout the stadium. 

 

Accessible Drop-Off Location:

Accessible drop off is located in the parking loop in front of Gate 2, accessed via Princess Street. A valid accessible vehicle tag must be displayed.

 

Alcohol Policy:

  • Fans must be 19 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. 
  • Proper photo identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage. Evraz Place reserves the right to check proof of legal drinking age. 
  • Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. 
  • Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. 
  • A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted. The per purchase limit may be reduced without prior notice and sales may be discontinued at any time, at the discretion of stadium management. 
  • As per SLGA licensing, it is illegal to have in your possession liquor that was not purchased at the stadium. Any guest found to be in possession of liquor not purchased at Mosaic Stadium will have that liquor confiscated and not returned, and the guest will be denied entry or removed. Any guest who does not cooperate with stadium security in regard to this offence will be turned over to the Regina Police Service for removal from the stadium and further prosecution.
  • All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period.

 

ATMs:

ATMs are located throughout Mosaic Stadium.

 

Bag Policy:

Any multi-compartmental backpacks, cooler, or container larger than 30cm x 30cm x 46cm (12" x 12" x 18") are not permitted.

 

Banners and Signs: 

Banners and signs must not interfere with the view of other guests. They cannot be of distasteful nature or content, nor can they advertise a logo or a product. Signs may not be attached to any surface or obstruct venue or event signage.

 

Concessions: 

Concessions will be available on all levels for food & beverage sales, including alcohol. Debit, credit and cash will be accepted. 

 

Emergency: "If you see something, say something!"

Security personnel are present at every game day. They can be identified by the word Security on their shirts.

 

First Aid:

First Aid rooms are located on the main concourse in both the north and south end zones, near sections 122 & 243. EMS personnel and ambulances are in place at the stadium during the game.

 

Gate Opening Times:

Gates open two hours prior to the start of the game. Elphinstone Street between Dewdney Avenue and north of Saskatchewan Drive will be closed to traffic. 

 

Guest Services:

Four guest services booths are conveniently located on the main concourse, near sections 510, 523, 530, & 543 for guests to go to if they require any additional assistance.

 

Lost and Found:

Lost & Found is located at Guest Services at Gate 3. Guests can visit Lost & Found during the game. After the game, guests should contact the Evraz Place security office at 306-781-9252 to confirm if an item has been found and arrange for pick up.

 

Medical Device Bags:

Medical device bags are permitted, though will be subject to inspection upon entrance to Mosaic Stadium.

 

Merchandise:

Officially licensed event merchandise is available at retail locations throughout Mosaic Stadium. Visit any one of these locations for the widest selection of 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ jerseys, apparel, hats and souvenirs available.

 

Parking Information:

Parking Passes must be purchased online. Passes will not be available for purchase on event day.

 

Free Shuttle Service:

Shuttles will depart from the following stops starting around 5:45PM local until around 8PM local:

  • Southland Mall
  • Northgate Mall - please note that a reduced amount of parking will be available due to construction
  • University of Regina
  • Warehouse District
    • Behind Centennial Mall (Hamilton Street & 6th Avenue)
    • Corner of Scarth Street & Dewdney Avenue
    • Dewdney Ave at Lorne Street
  • Downtown
    • Eastbound Saskatchewan Drive/Hamilton Street (Delta Hotel)
    • Westbound Hamilton Street & 11th Avenue (next to the Service Canada Building)

Passengers are unloaded in front of Mosaic Stadium on 10th Avenue or Elphinstone St and picked up in the same location.

Tailgating:

Tailgating is not permitted in Saskatchewan.

 

Prohibited Items:

For the safety of our guests and employees, the following are prohibited:

  • Outside food, beverages or alcohol 
  • Non-prescription drugs
  • Coolers (ice chests) or containers 
  • Bottles, cans, water bottles or flasks 
  • Over-sized backpacks, duffel bags or containers 
  • Rods, dowels, hockey sticks and golf ball retrievers
  • Any object in security's opinion that may be used as a weapon including: guns, firearms, ammunition, brass knuckles, billy clubs, black jacks, kubatons. Knives of any length and self-defense sprays (mace) 
  • Signs which obstruct stadium pageantry or signage
  • Using unmanned aircraft systems (drones) unless authorized 
  • Umbrellas
  • Selfie sticks
  • Cameras with a lens that extends more than six inches (except by credentialed media)
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the NHL or Mosaic Stadium personnel in their sole discretion

 

Re-Entry Policy:

There will be no re-entry into the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic.

 

Restrooms:

There are a total of 36 public washrooms, each with accessible stalls. In addition, there are nine inclusive washrooms as an option for people of all genders, mobility, and for families.

 

Ride Share Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location

Mosaic Stadium ride share drop-off/pick-up is located at Cooperator's Center loop off Princess St.

 

Smoking:

Mosaic Stadium is a non-smoking facility-this pertains to any type of smoking product as well as electronic smoking/vaping devices. Any guests caught smoking will be removed from the premises. The designated smoking areas will be south of Confederation Park in the pavement area next to the Mosaic Stadium loading ramp and the city-owned southwest corner of the Elphinstone and 10th Avenue parking lot north of the Lawson Aquatic Centre. There will be no exit and re-entry to the stadium once entered.

Taxi Service:

Taxis will be available for guests in front of the stadium on 10th Avenue.

 

Ticket Office Location:

The Rider Ticket Office is located on the northwest side of Mosaic Stadium. For fans picking up will call tickets, photo identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required.

 

Ticket Policy:

Children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Mosaic Stadium. Children under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
