The Ducks have recalled goaltender Jeff Deslauriers
from the Fort Wayne Komets of the ECHL.
Deslauriers, 28 (5/15/84), who was assigned to Fort Wayne on Feb. 19, appeared in eight contests for the Komets, compiling a 3-4-0-1 record with a 2.57 goals-against average (GAA) and a .915 save percentage (SV%). In addition, Deslauriers appeared in two games with Norfolk of the American Hockey League (AHL) this season, going 1-1-0 with a 3.51 GAA and .889 SV%. He made his season debut on Jan. 20 at Charlotte and earned his first win on Feb. 8 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, stopping 31-of-32 shots for a 4-1 victory. The 6-4, 203-pound netminder was recalled on Feb. 9 from Norfolk but did not appear in a game for the Ducks.
Signed as a free agent on July 12, 2011, Deslauriers has appeared in 62 career NHL contests with Anaheim and Edmonton, posting a 23-32-4 record with three shutouts, a 3.24 GAA and a .901 SV%.
