The Devils have recalled forward Shane Lachance from Utica of the American Hockey League. He will join the team in Washington, D.C.
The club also announced that it has placed forward Connor Brown on Injured Reserve retroactively to Oct. 30. He has missed the past six games for the Devils.
Lachance, 22, has one assist in 11 games with Utica this year.
