The New Jersey Devils today announced JCsArtDesigns® as the winner of the Enrich Program and an Official Partner of the New Jersey for the 2026-27 season. In addition to the partnership package, valued at approximately $250,000, JCsArtDesigns® will have access to year-long marketing support, business consultation, mentorship and networking opportunities within the Devils ecosystem, brand visibility through in-arena signage, social media, and more, all designed to propel their business growth.
Located in Nutley, New Jersey, JCsArtDesigns® was founded by Jessenia Cosme in 2020 after turning her passion for DIY event design into a thriving creative business for couples, event planners, and companies seeking elevated signage and immersive event design. JCsArtDesigns® operates as a full-service creative production company specializing in experiential design, fabrication, custom installations, event production, and brand activations. JCsArtDesigns® has a wide portfolio, ranging from weddings to major companies to celebrities, such as Netflix, Ulta Beauty, Mary J. Blige, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and much more.
"Being named the Enrich Program winner is such a full-circle moment for me. I started this business during one of the most challenging times in my life, after having my second child, when I felt lost giving everything I had to my family and my corporate career. I needed to find myself again, and JCsArtDesigns® became my outlet,” said Jessenia Cosme, Founder of JCsArtDesigns®. “What's happening right now was nothing but a pipe dream, something I never in my wildest dreams thought could truly become reality. To now be recognized by a team like the New Jersey Devils, right here in New Jersey, means everything. This partnership isn't just visibility for JCsArtDesigns®, it's validation that Latina-owned, first-generation businesses like mine belong in rooms we haven't always had access to. I'm beyond grateful for this opportunity and excited to grow alongside an organization that's genuinely invested in seeing small businesses thrive.”
Jessenia is a Jersey City native, proud Puerto Rican, and proudly shares her first-generation entrepreneurial journey as a source of inspiration for aspiring business owners. A recent graduate from Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey ETP program, she is supported by her husband, Orlando, who encouraged her to turn her creative talents into a business after she designed and produced many elements of their own wedding. “JC” is not only her initials, but also a tribute to her Jersey City beginnings, a reminder of the community and culture that shaped her. Behind Jessenia is an intimate, dedicated, and skilled team of creators who help bring these ideas to life.
Through the Enrich Program, the New Jersey Devils are dedicated to uplifting and supporting small, local, and underrepresented business owners throughout our community. As part of their official partnership, JCsArtDesigns® will receive expert consultation tailored to their needs, comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility, and exclusive networking opportunities in the Devils ecosystem. Recently, JCsArtDesigns® received visibility opportunities for the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center by designing signage for Ella Langley at Prudential Center, Martin Brodeur MB30 Golf Invitational, and more upcoming events.
The Enrich Program’s impact extends beyond JCsArtDesigns® as Creekside Vinyl Wraps LLC and Five Sisters Food Co, which went through the application process this year and were finalists, will each receive $10,000 cash awards to help support their continued growth and development.
