New Jersey Devils Enrich Program

Through the Enrich Program, the New Jersey Devils are dedicated to dismantling the barriers that have historically impeded business growth in marginalized communities and left many entrepreneurs struggling to build and sustain thriving enterprises.

The Enrich Program seeks to address these challenges with meaningful support to business owners who have been directly or indirectly impacted by these restrictive policies.

About The Program

One grand prize winner will be selected to partner with the New Jersey Devils, highlighting their business throughout the season via in-arena signage, social media, and more. In addition to the partnership package, valued at ~$250K, the winner will have access to mentorship and networking opportunities within the Devils ecosystem. Two additional businesses will be selected to receive a cash award of $10,000.

2026-27 Grand Prize Winner

Located in Nutley, New Jersey, JCsArtDesigns®️ was founded by Jessenia Cosme in 2020 after turning her passion for DIY event design into a thriving creative business for couples, event planners, and companies seeking elevated signage and immersive event design. JCsArtDesigns®️ operates as a full-service creative production company specializing in experiential design, fabrication, custom installations, event production, and brand activations. JCsArtDesigns®️ has a wide portfolio, ranging from weddings to major companies to celebrities, such as Netflix, Ulta Beauty, Mary J. Blige, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and much more.

Grand Prize

One selected business will become an official partner the New Jersey Devils. This comes with a comprehensive package of services

$250K Partnership Media Package
A PR and marketing strategy to boost visibility and reach.
Expert consultation tailored to the unique needs of the business.
Exclusive networking opportunities and otherwise inaccessible introductions.

Second and Third Place

Two additional businesses will each receive a cash award of $10,000 to support their growth and development.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, businesses must meet the following requirements

Location: Must be founded in and/or operating within New Jersey.
Business Type: Must be an independent, non-franchised entity.
Incorporation: Must be formally incorporated.
Application: Businesses that clearly articulate how they navigate and overcome systemic challenges will be better positioned in the selection process.

Business owners who apply for the grand prize will automatically be considered for the cash award.

The committee will collaboratively review the applications, identify finalists and select the winners.
