1. The Devils are looking to tie a season high with their fourth straight win tonight (also, Oct. 18-24). They're 5-5-1 over their last 11 road games and 13-9-2 away from Prudential Center overall.

2. New Jersey is facing the Jets for the first time since the season opener at Prudential Center. Cory Schneider made 27 saves in the 3-1 loss and six players made their Devils debuts, tying a team record (Sergey Kalinin, John Moore, Kyle Palmieri, David Schlemko, Lee Stempniak and Jiri Tlusty).

3. Devils' GM Ray Shero announced today that Jiri Tlusty underwent wrist surgery on Friday and is expected to miss the next three to four months. Read more here.

4. Defenseman Seth Helgeson will make his season debut tonight after being recalled from Albany (AHL) on Friday under emergency conditions. He replaces John Moore, who was placed on injured reserve. Forward Sergey Kalinin (ill) will not play tonight.

5. Defenseman Damon Severson is set to play in his 99th NHL game tonight.

6. New Jersey is 1-4-0 in Winnipeg since the Jets returned in 2011-12; the Devils are looking for their first win at MTS Centre since Jan. 14, 2012 (2-1).
