COYOTES HOLD DEVELOPMENT CLINIC ON NOV. 13

Come join the Phoenix Coyotes for the first 2007 Hockey Development Clinic

featuring former Coyotes players Jim Johnson and Brian Savage!

High School hockey players: flexxCOACH™ and the Phoenix Coyotes have once again teamed up to present a youth hockey clinic full of fun and instruction featuring former Coyotes players Jim Johnson and Brian Savage.  The clinic will take place at Jobing.com Arena on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m..

The clinic kicks off with a tour of the Coyotes locker room, continues with an off-ice discussion, a 45-minute warm-up session with Coyotes Strength & Conditioning Coordinator Mike Bahn, and concludes with an hour of on-ice instruction from top-level youth hockey coaches Johnson, Savage, Brendan Shaw, and Mark Ciaccio.

Ciaccio is the power skating coach for the Coyotes and head coach of the 2006-07 Rocky Mountain District High School Champion Notre Dame Prep Saints.

Jim Johnson played in the NHL for 12 seasons including 2 with the Coyotes and is the current coach of the PF Chang’s U-18AAA Midget team, ranked number 2 in the nation.

Brian Savage played in the NHL for 12 seasons including 3 for the Coyotes and Brendan Shaw is the head coach of the PF Chang’s U-16AAA Midget team.
