Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Michael Barnett announced today that the Coyotes have claimed center Joel Perrault on waivers from the St. Louis Blues. Perrault will report to the Coyotes today.

The 6-foot-1, 197 pound Perrault was claimed on waivers by the St. Louis Blues on October 31, 2006. Perrault has played 9 games with the Coyotes this season, collecting 1-1-2 and 8 penalty minutes (PIM). In 11 games with the Blues, Perrault did not record any points.
