The 6-foot-1, 197 pound Perrault has played 26 games for the Coyotes and St. Louis Blues this season, recording 1-2-3 and 14 penalty minutes (PIM). Perrault has played 15 games with the Coyotes, collecting 1-2-3 and 14 PIM and 11 games for the Blues (no points). Perrault also played 2 games with Peoria (AHL), registering 2 assists and 7 PIM.

The Coyotes claimed Perrault on waivers from the St. Louis Blues on December 19, 2006. Earlier this season (October 31, 2006), Perrault was claimed on waivers by the St. Louis Blues.

Perrault was originally drafted by the Anaheim Ducks (5th round, 137th overall) in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. He was originally acquired by the Coyotes on March 9, 2006 from Anaheim in exchange for Sean O'Donnell.
