Capitals & Wizards Announce Capital One Bank as Official Partner of 2015-16 Season

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Washington Capitals and Wizards announced today that Capital One Bank will continue their existing partnership and serve as the official presenting sponsor for the 2015-16 season for both teams. The long-term partnership also establishes Capital One as the official bank of the Capitals, Mystics, Wizards and Verizon Center.

“We are thrilled to have such a prestigious and diversified bank in Capital One as the official sponsor for the Washington Capitals and Wizards this season,” said Jim Van Stone, chief revenue officer of Monumental Sports & Entertainment. “We look forward to supporting Capital One on a local and national level and growing what we expect to be a long-term partnership with Monumental Sports and Entertainment.”

The agreement includes in-arena branding initiatives as well as in-game, digital elements and social media platforms to engage fans with exciting content.
