Who is eligible to buy tickets?

Washington Capitals® full Season-Ticket Members who have purchased their full season plans for 2017-18 will have a priority purchase opportunity to buy tickets for the 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ game in Annapolis, MD. Information regarding availability, pricing, and seat locations will be announced by the Washington Capitals at a later time.  

What If I'm Not a Full Season-Ticket Member, How Do I Get Tickets?

At this time only 2017-18 Capitals full season-ticket members will have a priority opportunity to purchase 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ tickets. What is the Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™?

Since 2014 the National Hockey League has hosted several regular season outdoor games as part of the Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™. Seven total games have been played as part of this series most recently in 2017 between the Pittsburgh Penguins® and Philadelphia Flyers® at Heinz Field. 

When will it be played?

The 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ will be played on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. EST.

Where will it be played?

The venue for the 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ is the historic Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium opened in 1959 and is the current home of the football and lacrosse teams of the Naval Academy. The stadium also hosted soccer games as part of the 1984 Summer Olympics.

Who will the Capitals play in the 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™?

The Washington Capitals opponent in the 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ will be the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Capitals and Maple Leafs met in the First Round of the 2017 Stanley Cup® Playoffs with the Capitals prevailing 4-2 in 6 games.

How many tickets do Season-Ticket Members get?

2017-18 Capitals Full Season-Ticket Members will have priority access to purchase the same number of 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ tickets as 2017-18 full season seats they own.

Will Season-Ticket Members be able to purchase additional tickets?

At this time we do not anticipate there will be additional tickets, outside of your plan allotment.

Will Season-Ticket Members be charged for a 44 game home schedule in 2017-18?

No, Capitals full season ticket plans purchased beginning on 05/30/2017 for 2017-18 will be based on 40 regular season and 3 preseason games played at Verizon Center. The 2018 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ is a separate event and will be billed at a later date. Capitals season ticket members who have previously renewed or purchased their 2017-18 season ticket plans based on 41 regular season and 3 preseason games to be played at Verizon Center will have their balances adjusted for the reduced schedule of games. Season ticket members who were paid in full will receive a credit on their account and are eligible for a refund; members who are on a payment plan will have their remaining payments adjusted for the reduced schedule. Will the 2018 Stadium Series tickets be added to my monthly power pay plan once the details are announced?

No, all payments will be required to have payment in full at the time of invoicing and the subsequent due dates.
