After snapping their 3 game road losing streak with a 3-2 win over the Rangers, the Canucks will play their second road game this week vs. the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Canucks have moved back up to 2nd in the West with 40 points and the Flyers are 5th in the East, also with 40 points.

The Flyers will be without leading scorer, Simon Gagne tonight as he is out with a groin injury. Gagne has racked up 23 goals for the Flyers this season, and not far behind is Markus Naslund who has scored 16 goals for the Canucks.

Philadelphia is 12-4-2 at home and the Canucks are boosting their road wins with a record of 6-8-2. Maxime Ouellet from the Maitoba Moose will most likely back up Alex Auld in goal. Game time is 4:00pm on Sportsnet Pacific.
