- The Chicago Wolves will be in tough as their short-handed squad meets the Toronto Marlies and Milwaukee Admirals this weekend. Freshly signed prospects, Kellan Lain and Ludwig Blomstrand could be making their debuts so keep an eye on them.

- Joseph Labate started his playoffs on the right foot, lighting the lamp for his first goal of the WCHA playoffs in a 7-2 Wisconsin drubbing against Minnesota State.
