- Brendan Gaunce has his Belleville Bulls in first place of the OHL’s Eastern Conference and will try to extend that lead against the Oshawa Generals tonight. The Bull’s captain has 55 points in 57 games this season.

- Canuck defensive prospects, Frank Corrado and Evan McEneny, face off against the Guelph Storm tonight as the Kitchener Rangers attempt to revenge last week’s 6-4 loss. The two d-men combined for 3 points in the loss.

- Meanwhile, over in Sweden, 2011 draft pick, Henrik Tommernes and his Frolunda club face off against Lulea in SEL playoff action.
