Tinordi named to Team USA

MONTREAL – Team USA has finalized its 22-man roster for the 2012 World Junior Hockey Championships in Calgary and Edmonton.

Among the American hopefuls who will be vying for gold north of the border this holiday season is Canadiens prospect, Millersville, MD native Jarred Tinordi. The 6-foot-7 blue-liner will be making his World Juniors debut on Boxing Day against Denmark. In one of the tournament’s marquee match-ups, he will face off against fellow Habs prospects Nathan Beaulieu, Michael Bournival and Brendan Gallagher on December 31 when the US takes on Team Canada in Edmonton.
