My Essentials: Benoit Pouliot

by Staff Writer / Montréal Canadiens
Some things in life, like water, air and hockey are absolutely essential for everyone, but is there anything else we simply couldn’t live without?  In a quest to find an answer we caught up with Benoit Pouliot and put him on the hot seat to get his take on life’s little necessities.  Here’s what the shifty winger recommends checking out to read, watch or listen to if you’ve got a few spare hours to kill.

Movie everyone has to see:

The Hangover. It’s just really funny! I really think of all the movies I’ve ever seen in my life, this one might be the funniest.

Album everyone should add to their collection:

I’m not really much of a music guy. There isn’t one style of music I’m into more than another and I don’t really buy many albums.

DVD box set everyone should own:

  Book everyone should read :

The last book I read was Theo Fleury’s Playing with Fire. It’s well-written, he tells a good story and it’s pretty moving stuff. In general, I read a lot of sports books, bios about baseball players or just athletes in general.

T.V. show everyone should check out:

I really like Taxi-22.

A Web site
everyone should have in their bookmarks

Definitely YouTube.

A place everyone needs to visit:

I think I’d really like to tour Italy.
