- Blake Geoffrion has been on fire since joining the Hamilton Bulldogs, adding another goal and assist to his record on Wednesday night. Since arriving in Hamilton, the 23-year-old forward has racked up seven points in three games, making an appearance on the scoresheet in each of tilts with the team.

- 2011 first-round pick Nathan Beaulieu has also been piling up the points, picking up 13 assists in his last seven games, including three helpers in a 4-3 over the Halifax Mooseheads on Tuesday night.

- The Bulldogs’ next game will on February 24, at the Bell Centre, where they'll take on the Ice Caps. Tickets are still available here.

- Mathieu Darche missed Thursday’s practice with an upper body injury.

- Alexei Emelin will meet the team in Washington after his wife, Valentina, gave birth to the couple’s second daughter on Wednesday.

- Petteri Nokelainen practiced with his teammates, flanking Louis Leblanc and Aaron Palushaj on a line.
