We here at BostonBruins.com are thrilled to be able to announce our first installment of Cam’s Corner in our audio BruinsCast. Good all agreed to sit down with us and discuss Bruins hockey this season on a semi-regular basis.
In this installment, Mr. Neely (right) talks about the future of the B’s, the new facilities in the TD Banknorth Garden and New England hockey in general.
And, I survived without Seabass kicking my butt…so that’s a good thing, right? RIGHT?
Canadiens are our Yankees, Duh…

Almost 80% of you believe that the Habs are the Bruins biggest rivals. Not a real shock to be sure, but I was curious to see how overwhelming that sentiment still is.
Two years removed from l’affair du Theodore, part deux, I was interested to see if the "hatred" was still there -- and yup, it is.
Very Dark Side, Bruins Fans, veeeeeeeeery Dark Side.
Of course, our team does wear black…"Only your hatred can destroy me."Injuries
No word yet on the length of time any of the guys will be missing due to their various ailments. I am hoping that Marco Sturm, in particular, is ready to practice this week and that Brad Stuart will not be long for the suit squad. I will find out quickly, though, as the B’s practice starts pretty soon.
Check this space this afternoon.
And If any of those injuries lead to any other call ups, I will have the info on that, as well.A belated thanks
To the nice young woman who saw me in the parking lot at the Garden, slapped me hard on the shoulder, nearly knocked me bum-over-teakettle, and yelled "Nice writing, Bish!"
You made my weekend, my dear!
Merci. Gracias. Thank you.
My shoulder still hurts though. ;)Last but not least
I am very psyched about Thursday’s game versus Montreal.
As such, I am thinking about putting together a list of the most significant Bruins versus Canadiens moments, from a fan’s point of view, and I could use everyone’s help.
Now, some of these moments might not be pleasant to remember for Bruins fans, and some will be VERY pleasant reminiscences for Bruins nation -- so you can include both.
Think on this for a day or so, consult your Total Hockey book, your Bruins yearbooks and your newspaper clippings, and write me a one to two paragraph synopsis, being as specific as possible (perhaps including a date and score?), and send them to me via the blog feedback link and I will take the best 10 or so and put them together in a piece this week.
Alrighty then, my peeps, you have your assignment -- MAKE IT SO!Off to practice. Talk to you lata.
