STREAKING: The Bruins won their season-best fifth straight game against the Rangers on November 27.  The win streak mark’s the 15th streak of five-or-more games under Head Coach Claude Julien’s tenure with Boston.

POWER PLAY POTENCY: The Bruins went two-for-three on the power play against the New York Rangers on November 27, putting them at 22-for-68 on the season (32.4%), which leads the NHL.

BERGERON PUSHING THE PACE: Patrice Bergeron’s goal on November 27 against the New York Rangers gives him 4-6=10 totals in nine of this last ten games with 7-12=19 totals in 14 of this last 17 contests.

BRUINS TO HOST BEST BUDDIES FOR ELF THE MUSICAL: On Sunday, November 29, Brett Connolly and David Pastrnak will bring teens from the Best Buddies organization to see “Elf the Broadway Musical” at the Citi Performing Arts Center. The players will host the Best Buddies for a pre-show reception then head into the theater to watch the show. Best Buddies works with children, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For more information, please visit the “Off Ice and Around Town” section of The Week Ahead.

LITTLE BRUINS PRESENTED BY FRIENDLY’S SKATE WITH TUUKKA RASK:
The Bruins ‘Little Bruins’ Learn to Play Hockey program presented by Friendly’s will have a special practice with Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask at the Steriti Rink (561 Commercial St, Boston, MA) on Sunday, November 29 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. The practice will focus on small area games to work on the young skaters fundamental hockey skills. 2016 PUCKS AND PUPS CALENDAR PRES. BY THE BLACK DOG:
The 2016 Pucks and Pups calendar presented by the Black Dog went on sale on November 27. You will find a range of Bruins players featured in the calendar with their family pets or adoptable dogs from the MSPCA. Bruins CEO Charlie Jacobs also participated in the project. The calendar is available at the ProShop powered by Reebok, all retail locations in TD Garden, the Bruins Foundation table on the arena concourse during Bruins home games and online at www.bostonbruins.com/pucksandpups. The proceeds from the 2016 calendar will benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and donations will be made to the MSPCA-Angell and NEADS (National Education for Assistance Dog Services). The retail price of the calendar is $20. Additional shipping and handling charges apply to online orders.  This is the third year of the Pucks and Pups calendar; the calendar raised over $200,000 in the past two years.

ONLINE HOLIDAY AUCTION: The Boston Bruins Foundation is hosting their 2nd Annual Online Holiday Auction through Friday, December 1. Bruins Fans will have the opportunity to bid on once and a lifetime opportunities including traveling on the team charter, lunch with General Manager Don Sweeney, viewing a game with Bruins Legend Ray Bourque, signed memorabilia and more. Fans can visit www.bostonbruins.com/foundation from now until Friday, December 11 at 5:00 p.m. to bid on these unique items. All proceeds from the Boston Bruins Foundation Online Holiday Auction will benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis.

WINTER CLASSIC RAFFLE: The Boston Bruins Foundation is running a raffle until Tuesday December 22 for your chance to see the Boston Bruins head back outdoors for the 2016 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic at Gillette Stadium. The Bruins Foundation is offering the ultimate experience including four (4) tickets to watch the Bruins faceoff against the Canadiens on New Year’s Day, the winner will also receive four (4) hospitality passes to the Official Boston Bruins Tailgate Party on January 1, 2016 as well as four (4) tickets to the Winter Classic Alumni Game on December 31, 2015. BRUINS ON THE AIRWAVES: Bruins defenseman Torey Krug has been confirmed as a weekly call-in guest with 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Scott Zolak and Marc Bertrand (Zo and Bertrand), which airs weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Adam McQuaid will be a regular guest on 100.7 WZLX with Kevin Karlson and Pete McKenzie (Karlson & McKenzie), which airs weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Call-in days and times are dependent upon the B’s schedule.
