Tonight’s Game
The Bruins host the Maple Leafs Thursday in the first of eight games between these teams and the first of four games of the season's series at TD Banknorth Garden. The Bruins are 8-6-2   and are 5-2-1 on home ice. The Maple Leafs are 7-7-5 overall with a 4-3-1 record on the road. The Bruins are 2-3-2 vs. Northeast Division teams and they are 4-4-2 overall vs. Eastern Conference foes. The Maple Leafs are 3-2-3 vs. Northeast Division teams and they are 7-6-5 overall vs. Eastern Conference opponents.

All-time Series
The Bruins are 262-250-98-3 all-time vs. Toronto with the Maple Leafs holding a 1,837-1,782 scoring edge in those 613 games. The Bruins are 166-92-47-1 all-time vs. the Maple Leafs in Boston with a 988-812 scoring advantage in those 306 contests. The Bruins were 5-3-0 vs. the Maple Leafs in last season's series, including a 3-0 win in Toronto in the last game played between theses teams.

Recent Bruins Games
The Bruins are 2-2-2 in their current stretch of nine straight games vs. Northeast Division opponents and 2-1 scores have decided all their last four games. They recorded a 4-3 overtime victory over Buffalo on Nov. 1, a 3-2 setback in Ottawa on Nov. 3, a 2-1 shootout loss to the Senators on Nov. 4, a 2-1 overtime loss in Buffalo on Nov. 7, a 2-1 defeat to Montreal on Nov. 8 and a 2-1 win over Buffalo on Nov. 10. The Maple Leafs have taken points out of their last three games at 1-0-2 with a 3-0 win in Buffalo on Nov. 9, a 3-2 overtime loss to NY Rangers on Nov. 10 and a 4-3 overtime setback to Montreal on Nov. 13. They are 4-4-3 in their last 11 games overall.

Upcoming Bruins Games
The Bruins will conclude their stretch of nine consecutive games vs. Northeast Division opponents (2-2-2) in Montreal on Nov. 17 (7:00 p.m.; NESN/WBZ Radio) and in Toronto on Nov. 20 (7:00 p.m.; VERSUS/WBZ Radio).
