Okay, I am heading over to the live blog
Ottawa just took the ice. Shane Connelly is in goal for the Jr. Sens. Hutchinson led the B's out of the room.
Boston Starters: Nelson, Hamill, Randell, Button, Goulet, Hutchinson. Scratches: Sauve, Good, MacDermid, Courchaine.
On the Homefront
The report from Wilmington's captain practice on Wednesday indicates a somewhat sleepy day. The Bruins played five-on-five again this morning and added a few line/shooting drills as well.
Yellow: Krejci, Sobotka, Ference, Thornton, Bergeron, Begin, Bodnarchuck, Wheeler, Sturm and Rask. Red: Savard, Bitz, Morris, Marquardt, Stuart, Wideman, Kobasew, Hunwick, and Regan
The Bruins rookies are downstairs playing "soccer" in the halway beneath the stands and in fronto of their locker room.
The Maple Leafs kids are finishing their practice at the moment.
Just a reminder, as far as I've been told, there is no live TV of this event, so if you want to follow the action, check out my live blog
The B's rookies are ejoying a two-tiered meal of eggs, french toast, rice, pasta, chicken, fruit and salad as they build up their calorie count in order to be energized for this afternoon's 2:00 p.m. tilt.
I saw rookie goalie Michael Hutchinson
eating with Adam Courchaine
and today's young starter -- call him "Hutch" -- looked pretty happy and calm as he ate his pasta.
In fact, all of the guys looked pretty excited to get back on the ice versus Ottawa. But that was probably helped by the fact that there was no morning skate today.
