ST. LOUIS – ESPN’s Paula Lavigne and their “Outside the Lines” series recently reviewed and published health department inspection reports for food and beverage outlets at all 107 North American buildings that served as home to National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, National League Football and National Basketball Association teams in 2009.
Scottrade Center was one of nine buildings to register zero critical or major violations overall and one of five NHL buildings.
The Blues’ home joined Toronto’s Air Canada Centre, Ottawa’s Scotiabank Place, Chicago’s United Center and the New York Islanders’ Nassau Coliseum as the only NHL buildings to receive a perfect inspection report among all their vendors.
The inspection for all vendors included measurements and assessments of a variety of factors most notably how food is prepared and served.
