Ryan Reaves is one of the few Blues players that doesn't have a Twitter account, but that won't stop us from letting you get your questions answered. On Wednesday, we asked you to submit a question for Reaves on Twitter using #AskReaves.
We gathered your questions and presented them to Ryan after Thursday's practice at the iceZone at St. Louis Outlet Mall.
Here are his answers.
Ryan Reaves: I think it’s being part of a good group of guys that you can travel and have fun with and go to war with every day. I love being part of the group and having that camaraderie.
Reaves: I’ll blow up a Predator in every corner. That’s no problem with me.
Reaves: Brian McGrattan. We had a good go. I definitely left that fight with a sore neck and a couple golf balls on my head. He left with a couple stitches. He’s a tough boy.
Reaves: They gave it to me in camp. I’ve been part of this organization for I think this is my seventh year now. I just stuck with what works. I don’t need to change anything up.
Reaves: It’s unreal. There are really, really good sports fans here. The city loves all of their sports teams and really gets behind them. It’s not one of those sports cities where you go out and you’re seen and they pester you all night. Here, they say good game, and that’s the best part of it, just the city itself.
Reaves: My favorite team was actually Colorado. I followed Patrick Roy from Montreal to Colorado. Believe it or not, he was my favorite player. Joe Sakic was one, too. The first time I played there was kind of surreal. It was an exhibition game and it was kind of a dream to play there, but I was playing for the ‘Note. That’s not too bad either.
Reaves: There’s a lot. I go back and forth a lot. I’m going to have to go back to my Peoria days. Every time I fought, Nelly would come on with “Pimp Juice.”
