Blues forward T.J. Oshie
has been placed on injured reserve.
Oshie suffered an upper-body injury during the second period of the March 12 game vs. San Jose and was listed by the team as day-to-day.
"He's just skating," Ken Hitchcock said Saturday. "He's a little bit better obviously being able to skate, but he's no where near ready to play yet."
Oshie will be eligible to be activated from injured reserve as early as Wednesday, March 20. The 26-year-old forward has dressed in 26 games this season, registering 17 points (5 goals and 12 assists) to go along with 13 penalty minutes.
Overall, the 5-foot-11, 189-pound forward is in his fifth NHL season, all with the Blues, accumulating 192 points (68 goals, 124 assists) and 144 penalty minutes in 288 career games.
