Jaskin Assigned to AHL's Wolves

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has assigned forward Dmitrij Jaskin to the Blues’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Chicago Wolves.

Jaskin, 20, has dressed in 38 games for Chicago this season, ranking third on the club with 28 points, (14 goals and 14 assists). The 6-foot-2, 196-pound forward has also made nine appearances for the Blues, posting two points, including his first career National Hockey League (NHL) goal on Dec. 28 vs. Chicago.

The Omsk, Russia native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 41st overall, of the 2011 Entry Draft.
