ST. LOUIS - Blues defenseman Ian Cole and Louie will make a trip to Kansas City, MO this week.
On Thursday, Aug. 7, both Cole and Louie will visit area youth hockey players for a chalk talk before taking the ice for a special youth hockey clinic at Sprint Center.
On Friday, Aug. 8, both will be traveling throughout the area visiting local TV and radio stations before visiting hospitalized children at the University of Kansas Hospital. Afterwards, they will sign autographs and take pictures with fans at Oak Park Mall (11149 West 95th St, Overland Park, KS 66214) beginning at 3 p.m.
The Blues and Dallas Stars will meet in a preseason game at Sprint Center on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. Sprint Center is inviting the general public to skate on the ice between 3-8 p.m. this Friday. The event, called "Beat the Back to School Blues," is free with a ticket to the preseason game. Without a ticket, admission is $12 at the Sprint Center Box Office. Guests can RSVP in advance at sprintcenter.com.
