Blues to Honor Davidson on Nov. 14

ST. LOUIS – John Davidson, currently in his fourth year as president of the St. Louis Blues, was honored Monday with the NHL’s prestigious Foster Hewitt Award. The honor, recognized by the NHL Hall of Fame, pays tribute to Davidson for his more than two decades of excellence behind the microphone for various national television partners, as well as for his dedication to the game and the National Hockey League.

St. Louis Blues fans will have their own opportunity to salute Davidson on Saturday, Nov. 14, when the Blues play host to the San Jose Sharks at 7 p.m.

The night’s pre-game ceremonies begin at 6:45 p.m., at which time Davidson will make remarks to the Scottrade Center crowd.
