Blue Jackets forward Rick Nash stole the show in the first intrasquad game at Team Canada's Olympic Orientation Camp on Thursday, scoring two goals and one assist in Team White's 5-2 win over Team Red.

Nash has been skating with his linemates from the 2005 World Championships, Joe Thornton and Simon Gagne. Nash led the the World Championships with nine goals, placed second in the tournament with 15 points, and was named to the All-Tournament Team.

Foote has been a member of Team Canada in the last two Olympic Tournaments as well as last fall's World Cup of Hockey 2004. He was an Alternate Captain during the World Cup of Hockey and led the tournament with a +7 plus/minus rating, enroute to a spot on the All-Tournament Team.

The Orientation Camp started on Monday (August 15) and runs until Saturday (August 20).

Blue Jackets defenseman Bryan Berard will participate in Team USA's Olympic Orientation Camp from Sept. 6-8, just days before NHL training camps open.

Blue Jackets 2005 first round pick Gilbert Brule just completed an orientation camp with Team Canada's World Junior squad, part of the selection process for Team Canada's entry into this winter's World Junior Championships. Adam Pineault, Columbus' second round pick in 2004, recently participated in Team USA's Junior Evaluation Camp and finished tied for the camp scoring lead with five points (2-3-5) in four games. Pineault was a member of Team USA at last winter's World Junior Championships and is still eligible to participate in this winter's tournament.
