COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Columbus Blue Jackets announced today that all season ticket prices for 2009-10 will remain the same as they were for the current 2008-09 season. The club also announced the process for season ticket holders to reserve their seats for potential home games during the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Season ticket holder pricing for any home playoff games played this year will also remain the same as was established a year ago.
"We understand the current economic challenges that our country is experiencing. Although the Blue Jackets organization is not immune to those challenges, we believe it is important at this time to freeze prices for season ticket holders who continue to be our most loyal fans," said club President Mike Priest. "Our goal remains to build a team that competes effectively for a championship, while delivering outstanding customer service and an entertainment value and experience that is worthy of their support."
