EDITOR'S NOTE: This is our weekly look around the #CBJ community to see what's being talked about, debated, and highlighted by the greatest fans in the National Hockey League. Have a suggestion or submission for next week's edition? Hit up @RobMixer on Twitter and let him know.

Busy times around here since we last met for the Community Spotlight, but we're putting the finishing touches on a great week of development camp at the OhioHealth Ice Haus.

Over the past few days, 31 of the top prospects in the Blue Jackets organization arrived in town to go through four days of fitness testing (both on and off the ice), on-ice practices and educational sessions designed to give them a first-hand look at what's expected in life as a professional hockey player. These included classes about financial responsibility, the proper way to effectively use social platforms and, everyone's favorite, the cooking class.

If you haven't already, it's highly recommended that you stop by our Development Camp Central for complete coverage of the week. Also, our Instagram feed has behind-the-scenes photos from every single activity the prospects took part in. It's a must for all fans.

Speaking of social media, the BlueJackets.com staff spent some time with Blue Jackets prospects this week and talked about Twitter, their likes and dislikes about it, and other funny stuff like their dream retweets. Here are the links to those interviews:

140 or Less: Mike Reilly

140 or Less: Kerby Rychel
