It was a pretty good week for Blue Jackets fans! The Jackets got back in the win column with victories over the Philadelphia Flyers and the San Jose Sharks. Fans are excited for the Bruins’ visit to Nationwide Arena tonight, when the Jackets will look for their third win in four games.
Fans sounded off on Columbus hockey this week, touching on new additions, the Jackets’ path ahead to climb the division standings, and their thoughts on the “distinct kicking motion.”
The Hockey Writers know the Blue Jackets are in familiar territory in the standings based on the last couple of seasons. They also know the team overcame that early-season obstacle last year and can do it again. They lay out their roadmap for a Blue Jackets’ recovery.
There are two new faces patrolling the back end for the Blue Jackets, as the team welcomed Jordan Leopold and Kevin Connauton this week. Union and Blue gave their thoughts on the moves the Jackets are making to cope with more difficult injury challenges.
