Blue Jackets Stanley Cup Playoffs Individual Game Tickets Go On Sale Today, Saturday, April 11 at 9 a.m.

COLUMBUS, OHIO — Columbus Blue Jackets 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs individual game tickets for three first round home playoff games at Nationwide Arena will go on sale today, Saturday, April 11 at 9 a.m. Game dates will be announced the evening of April 12 with Stanley Cup Playoff games scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 15.

Tickets for first round games will be on sale at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office, all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, the FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, The Chillers, online at BlueJackets.com and Ticketmaster.com, or by phone at (800) 745-3000. Individual game playoff tickets will be priced as follows:

A maximum of eight tickets per game may be purchased in each transaction and Ticketmaster convenience charges will apply to all purchases. To best ensure Blue Jackets fans have the opportunity to enjoy this first-ever playoff appearance, sales will be temporarily restricted to residents of Ohio. Residency will be based on the purchaser’s credit card billing address. Sales to individuals residing outside Ohio will begin at 1 p.m.

Fans can guarantee seats for 2009 Stanley Cup Playoff games at Nationwide Arena by placing a deposit for 2009-10 season tickets now. Season tickets start at $18 per game. The Blue Jackets return to action tonight when they visit the St. Louis Blues. Face-off at Scottrade Center is set for 8:30 p.m. ET. Live coverage on FOX Sports Ohio will begin with the Blue Jackets Live pre-game show starting at 8 p.m. The game also will be broadcast live on the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino Blue Jackets Radio Network and flagship stations WBNS-AM/Sports Radio 1460 The Fan and WWCD-FM/CD101 beginning at 8 p.m.
