COLUMBUS, OHIO – Due to the current severe weather conditions across central Ohio, the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation announced that tonight's Black Tie. Blue Jackets. Style Show presented by Kelly BMW in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 29 at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris.
The timing of the events surrounding the charity style has been adjusted to start 30 minutes earlier than the original schedule. The night will now begin at 5:30 p.m. with the pre-show wine tasting hosted by Heidelberg Distributing Company. The style show is set for 6:30 p.m. followed by a sit-down dinner.
Black Tie. Blue Jackets. Style Show presented by Kelly BMW features Blue Jackets players and their wives/girlfriends along with pediatric cancer heroes from Nationwide Children's Hospital modeling the latest styles from Saks Fifth Avenue. Players scheduled to appear include Jared Boll, Jason Chimera, Derek Dorsett, Manny Malhotra, Steve Mason, Marc Methot, Andrew Murray, Jiri Novotny, Kris Russell, Ole-Kristian Tollefsen and Jakub Voracek. Players are subject to change.
Proceeds will benefit the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation's local Hats For Heroes program and related pediatric cancer research initiatives including Flashes of Hope.
