WGN Radio and the Chicago Blackhawks have announced the March edition of Chicago Blackhawks Live will feature Blackhawks forwards Patrick Sharp and Brandon Saad. The event takes place on March 11 at 7:00 p.m. at Old Town Pour House at 1419 N. Wells in Chicago. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, February 26 at 12:00 p.m. and can be purchased by visiting www.chicagoblackhawks.com/blackhawkslive.
Tickets start at $50 per person and include a photo opportunity with the players, an autographed photo of Sharp and Saad, a dinner, tax and gratuity. There is a four ticket maximum per person. The event doors open at 4:00 p.m., followed by event registration at 6:15 p.m. and the live broadcast from 7-8 p.m. Valet parking is available for $12. The season premiere will feature Blackhawks forwards Patrick Kane and Andrew Shaw.
Blackhawks Live is a series of one-hour radio broadcasts hosted over dinner throughout the 2012-2013 season featuring current Blackhawks players, legends and management with WGN Sports Night hosts David Kaplan, Brian Noonan and Andrea Darlas. Each broadcast features a question-and-answer format between the WGN Radio hosts and the featured Blackhawks guests, and members of the audience also have an opportunity to submit questions for guests throughout the show. All previous events have sold-out in record time.
The date for the next broadcast is Monday, April 2. Featured guests and possible additional broadcasts will be announced at a later date and posted to www.wgnradio.com/events.
