Blackhawks travel to Nashville without Sharp, Bolland

by Brad Boron / Chicago Blackhawks

The Blackhawks will be without the services of two top forwards when they face the Predators in Nashville for the first part of a weekend home-and-home series.

Patrick Sharp, still recovering from an upper-body injury, and Dave Bolland, who the team announced has a lower-body injury, stayed behind when the team traveled to Tennessee Friday. Bolland played in Thursday's game against St. Louis, with nearly 13 minutes of ice time.

The Hawks and Preds will face off at Bridgestone Arena Saturday at 2 p.m. CT, then will return to the United Center Sunday for a 6 p.m. puck drop.
