Blackhawks capture Central Division title, extend point streak

After clinching their first Central Division title since the 2009-2010 season with a win over the Detroit Red Wings on April 12, 2013, the Chicago Blackhawks notched at least one point against Dallas, Nashville and Phoenix to extend their point streak to 11 games.
