He split the 2014-15 campaign with the Ducks and Montreal Canadiens, collecting 14 assists, 23 points and 22 penalty minutes in 69 regular-season contests; he also appeared in seven 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs games with Anaheim. Originally signed as a free agent by Montreal on July 1, 2014, he was traded to Anaheim on Feb. 24, 2015. He previously tallied 39 points (13G, 26A) in 109 regular-season games with the Kontinental Hockey League’s Lev Praha (2011-14), in addition to eight points (1G, 7A) in 24 postseason tilts.
